Calendar Contribution Guidelines

All information should be sent to travis@yavdem.org

The following guidelines should be followed:

Send your information in email form to Travis
Send it in a timely fashion, if possible at least a month before the meeting/event
Give clear information on time function begins and ends
State clearly type of meeting (include organizer), topic, speaker (if any) and location
Background information can be supplied on content, speaker background, and other information such as food/special parking/cost (if any)
Indicate if this is a monthly meeting and when it would usually occur (e.g. Every Second Saturday of the Month)

Website Contribution Guidelines

In all cases feel free to e-mail Paul to discuss your submission before investing time in developing your article or photograph.

Articles:
- All articles need to be attributed to an author.
- When submitting always include your return e-mail address.
- Articles need to be concise. As a general rule try to work within a range of 150 to 300 words.
- Keep it pertinent. Please submit articles that will make the website engaging and interesting to our whole community.
- The YCDP website is intended to promote the policies and ideals of the local, state and national Democratic Party. Submissions that do otherwise or are potentially libelous will not be accepted.
Photos:
- Images should be saved as jpegs, in RGB mode. Their resolution need not be greater than 72dpi.
- Images need to be attributed to a photographer.
- Always include the place, time and date when the photo was taken.
- When submitting always include your return e-mail address.
