This is not the time to be silent. Our national debt mounts, our manufacturers, farmers and small business owners are exposed to ever changing tariff and export challenges by the President. Bill Mundell - Arizona Corporation Commission Candidate

I was privileged to serve as a Commissioner from 1999 to 2008. I want to return to protect consumers from unjustified rate increases, combat climate change by making Arizona the “Solar Capital of the World” and stop dark money spending by APS/Pinnacle West. As a Commissioner, I co-authored the statewide rules that require Arizona’s utilities generate  electricity from renewable energy sources. I want to return to lead the effort to increase the percentage to 50% by 2028. APS spent millions in 2016 to defeat me because I had a history of standing up to them. If you return me, I will do it again. After fighting corruption in Chandler, I became Presiding Judge of the Chandler Municipal Court. I want to continue my public service by exposing and eliminating corruption at the Commission. I served for four years as Chair of the Environment Committee of the Arizona House of Representatives where I wrote numerous laws protecting our environment. I want to return to the Commission to insist that we have clean air, clean and sustainable water and healthy communities.
