Sign an Arizona for Abortion Access Amendment Petition Today!

Arizona for Abortion Access is a group of reproductive health, rights, and justice organizations working to ensure Arizonans can make the decisions that are best for them and their families — free from government interference. This ballot committee is supported by the ACLU of Arizona, Affirm Sexual and Reproductive Health, Arizona List, Healthcare Rising Arizona, NARAL Arizona, and Planned Parenthood Advocates of Arizona. Together, these organizations represent hundreds of thousands of Arizonans in every community and from every walk of life.
These trusted institutions have worked extensively together protecting and expanding abortion access over the years. They have now partnered to begin collecting signatures to place a constitutional amendment on the November 2024 ballot. This amendment will protect abortion access in Arizona and ensure every person can make this deeply personal decision with dignity. We need to collect at least 383,923 valid signatures from voters by July 3 to qualify for the ballot. Sign a petition in Prescott ASAP!
- Arizona Abortion Access Petitions can be signed M-F 11a-3p at YCDP Headquarters. They can be signed out by petition carriers who have taken AZ List or Healthcare Rising zoom training.
- Notaries are available by appointment only in December. To make an appointment for a notary at other times, or general questions, email: Ycaaa2324@gmail.com.
- On Saturdays in Dec., petitions can be signed, signed-out (with training) and notarized from 10a-noon in the Community Room at Starbucks, Frontier Village, Rt 69, Prescott.
The Yavapai County Democratic Party (YCDP) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any YCDP event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. A person attending a YCDP event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known in advance by emailing info@yavdem.org and include a photograph for identification.
